Tata Sustainability Month needed a credible, human-first campaign that could move sustainability from a corporate priority to an individual habit. The brief was to create awareness around sustainable actions at an individual level by bringing in CEOs from across the Tata Group — not as distant figureheads, but as relatable leaders sharing practical frameworks people could adopt in everyday life.

For Tata Sustainability Month (TSM), our objective was to move beyond generic, feel-good environmental messaging and position sustainability as a daily operational imperative across the Tata Group, anchored in the philosophy that “Thinking is good. Doing is better.” To bring this to life, we executed a structured launch plan that combined top-down leadership with everyday workforce engagement. We conceptualized executive podcasts and CEO videos to communicate a clear strategic vision from the top, paired with high-impact static posts built around TSG’s core pillars of Net Zero, Circularity, and Nature-Positive Action. Aligned with Project Aalingana, this multi-format campaign simplified sustainability, successfully turning high-level sustainability conversations into actionable daily decisions across the group.
The campaign was built as a social-first thought leadership series for Tata Sustainability Month. CEOs from Tata Power, Tata Motors, TCS, Tata Chemicals, Croma, Starbucks, Tata Agratas, Tata AIG, Tata AIA, Tata APPL, Tata Electronics, Tata International, Tata Technologies, TMILL, Titan, Autocomp, Voltas and other Tata Group companies participated in the initiative. Each dialogue translated sustainability from a broad ambition into a set of leadership-backed actions — encouraging individuals to make conscious choices around energy, mobility, consumption, resources, responsible business and daily habits.
The films went live on the Tata Sustainability Group LinkedIn page as a CEO-led sustainability content series. Watch the videos below or open the original LinkedIn posts from each card.
