The LUSH “Snow Fairy” WebAR campaign featured three unique experiences; a personalised gifting flow; a Holiday-themed face filter and a fully immersive portal environment both in store and at home

What We Did

The LUSH Snow Fairy in-store AR experience created a unique and enjoyable shopper activation which educated users on products in-store in an immersive storytelling way, and resulted in an uplift of over 350 hours spent in-store engaging with the brand.

There was also a click-through to website if product stock was sold out in-store, ensuring LUSH never missed the opportunity to sell.

The campaign has now ran 2 years in a row, and expanded to multiple geographies (Europe and North America)
